I am Rajpal Singh, the proud owner and operator of an SBI Customer Service Point (CSP) in Basantpur, Almora, Uttarakhand. Since the year 2020, I have been committed to serving my community by providing essential banking services to the rural and semi-urban population in and around my area. Through my CSP, I ensure that customers can access a wide range of banking facilities such as cash deposit and withdrawal, balance enquiry, account opening, money transfer, and other essential services without having to travel long distances to a bank branch.

With a focus on reliability, transparency, and customer satisfaction, I strive to make banking simple and accessible for every individual—especially for those who are underserved or unfamiliar with digital banking.
